Every student's knowledge is evaluated and the preparation plan is customized to the learner's profile, based on their knowledge and their confidence.
Dealing with stress =
Decreasing stress is an important part of the help given to the student: learning how to identify the symptoms of stress and come up with strategies to deal efficiently with the thoughts that trigger the stress.
Examples of common stressers:
- time aspect,
- the other test-takes,
- the parents & the teachers = often the student will believe in themselves as much or as little as their mentors do believe in them...
We don't learn the same things @ different stages of the preparation, so, at the end, the preparation focuses more on the material learned to empower the learner with a sense of mastery over what was reviewed so far.
